ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
This team is capable of tackling new projects, starting from conceptual design, through certification and commissioning, and offering after-sales support for products.

SKYGSE bases its methodology on Concurrent Engineering, integrating design, calculation, quality, manufacturing, and assembly areas to deliver designs with high added value. Supported by CAD, FEM, and simulation technologies, we ensure the development of high-quality equipment in short timeframes and at reduced costs.
MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT
This is the area responsible for bringing to life the designs and developments of the Engineering Department. Equipped with the most modern machinery, resources, and tools, and supported by trained operators, it ensures maximum performance in each area.
The Quality Department is integrated into each stage of the production process, guaranteeing raw material control, dimensional verification, and compliance with applicable standards.
The product goes through different work areas, allowing production in specific quantities to meet delivery deadlines. This department is also responsible for scheduling plant operations and informing other departments about what is being produced and when it is completed.
QUALITY DEPARTMENT

The Quality Department coordinates control and quality assurance for our company, products, and services, complying with international standards UNE-EN 9100 and UNE-EN-ISO 9001.

I+D+I DEPARTMENT
The R&D area is focused on the philosophy of continuous improvement. New manufacturing technologies, as well as new design and simulation tools, allow us to improve previous designs and add greater value to our products.
